Here are some frequently asked questions about us.

1. I want to create a photobook but I don't know how to do layout.

Don't worry, we got you. Just upload the photos on google drive or dropbox and we'll take it from there. We'll take care of the layout for you. You will also get to approve the layout before we proceed to production. 

2. Can you edit the photos?

Of course, we can! Just add the design services and we can edit your photos for you. Minor photo editing includes color correction, shadows, highlights, brightness and contrast.

3. How long will I be able to receive my order?

Picture tiles can take 2 weeks while photobooks may take 2-3 weeks upon approval of layout. 

4. Why are there paper options?

Most of the photobooks (except hardcover layflat) come in Premium Silk, a smooth & soft finish on tear-proof paper for a timeless appeal. We have upgrade options for paper such as Matte Fine Art Paper, canvas-textured paper with matte finish for a memorable tactile experience and the Photo Lustre (190 gsm), a premium paper with low-reflection gloss finish & smudge-resistant properties. Photo Lustre is a personal favorite!

5. What's the difference between a Perfect Bind and a Premium Layflat?

It's all about the binding. Perfect bind is the traditional binding with stitching that we know. Layflat enables a completely flat spine when opened.
